LEXPO
An international exhibition agency, founded in 2020, helping Taiwanese artists enter art fairs and cultural platforms across Europe and Asia. From fair selection, contracts and registration, international shipping and customs, to installation, visual design, reception, and on-site sales, LEXPO runs a complete service chain that carries artists from their studios to fair floors in Paris's Carrousel du Louvre, Zurich, Monaco, Seoul, Osaka, Taipei, and cities around the world.
LEXPO believes that exhibiting does not end when the work is hung on the wall; it is a journey that deserves full care. Artists at every stage, emerging or established, find here a route to the international scene.
REFLECTION
An independent media platform connecting art, culture, and commerce, reporting on contemporary art scenes across Asia and Europe with one aim: helping readers truly read art. Carina serves as Editor-in-Chief and holds an international press card; the editorial team works between Taipei and Paris, visiting the Venice Biennale and Europe's major fairs to write from first-hand observation.
REFLECTION does not chase trends. It reads out the context behind exhibitions for its readers: what artists are thinking, how the market is shifting, why a work matters. Beyond editorial features, it extends this perspective into exhibitions and offline guided tours, turning reading into experiences one can join in person.
Subtlehaus
Subtlehaus is a creators' residence in Sakai, Osaka, set in a quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance of JR Otori Station. There is no showy decoration here, only pure, practical living design in harmony with nature, alongside everyday convenience, quality ingredients, and a deep cultural fabric.
It began as the refuge Carina kept for herself and is now open to other creators: a place to live at ease and work in calm. Creating is not only about moving and absorbing; it also needs a safe, unhurried space where experience can slowly be translated into work and a life story of one's own. The hope is that here, you too can find your own rhythm.
Art Express
An offline guided art experience, in collaboration with Paris-Taipei Express, a contemporary art consultancy based in Paris. Rather than checklist sightseeing, the tours are grounded in research and carried by conversation, helping participants unpack exhibitions and read their contexts deep inside Europe's art scene.
Lead guide Viki Kuo, from Taoyuan, has worked in contemporary art galleries and museums in Taipei, Beijing, and Shanghai since 2007, focusing on exhibition planning, artist research, and fieldwork in the art world. Based in Paris since 2020, she designs and teaches the programme's art courses, with more than 60 lectures to date, and has lectured at EAC and IESA in Paris and at the OneArt Taipei art fair.
FAFO
FAFO is a creative brand that takes the experiment as its basic unit, named after the internet meme and its coordinate graph: one axis for the degree of intervention, one for the scale of consequence. Exhibitions and markets tend to keep only the successful samples and cut the rest; this is survivorship bias, and a form of distortion. FAFO keeps the full sample: Cooked, Called it, and Womp womp, placed on the same chart.
There is a single method: documentation precedes results. The hypothesis is fixed before the act; process and outcome are logged as they occur, so the narrative cannot be reconstructed after the fact. Most objects here exist as a single piece, sold as records of experiments rather than finished goods. Only when failure and success are archived to the same standard does the actual shape of a practice become visible.
